Random Haul with Ramblings and Swatches
I mostly bought makeup, but I bought beauty products. It was the first time I bought hair color, and I must say it wasn’t hard! This one is Etude House Bubble Hair Coloring in #3 Natural Brown. I really love this color.
This is my first Too Faced purchase and with the Shadow Insurance alone, I am already a satisfied user. ^_^ What’s included in the set: Lash Injection Mascara, Look of Love Trio (Full Size), Glamour Gloss in Barely Legal (Full Size), Shadow Insurance (Full Size), Primed & Poreless (Mini), Flatbuki Brush and Makeup Bag. It was definitely a steal! &heart;
Here’s the swatch of Look of Love Trio. From left to right: La Vie en Rose, Totally Toasted and Silk Teddy. I really love Silk Teddy and I’ve been using it for a wash of color on my lids. It’s so pretty! Some said it’s comparable to Stila’s famous Kitten.
IN2IT Colourline Eyeliner Waterproof in Navy Blue was the very first product I bought from this brand. Obviously, I was satisfied with it so I bought a few more. My only gripe about some of the packaging is that they don’t include the name of the product and its shade.
From left to right: IN2IT Waterproof Gel Liner in Dark Brown, IN2IT Colourline Eyeliner Waterproof in Maroon Pearls and Navy Blue. They’re really pigmented and long lasting. Their gel liner smudges though if you don’t put a primer beforehand.
From left to right: IN2IT Lip Treat in Strawberry, IN2IT Moisture Intense Lipstick in Roses and Pink Alarm. These lip products surprisingly have SPF! I love them.
Since I changed the color of my hair, I needed something to match it with my eyebrows. I did a few research and decided to bought MAC Brow Set in Girl Boy, which is the first product I bought from MAC as well.
Other products that I didn’t swatch are: 4U2 Envy Palette (this one is good for daytime use but barely pigmented), Maybelline Stiletto Waterproof Mascara, Pure Beauty Youth Restore Eye Cream, Dermcare Tretinoin and Avon Simply Pretty Dual Powder Foundation in Light Beige.
I also bought Fanny Serano Eyelash Curler since I heard that it’s a good dupe of Shu Uemura’s since my old curler is pretty much not usable anymore. This one rarely pinch my lids.
I’ve been wanting to try hair cellophane but I just don’t want to spend a lot of money for something that won’t last me a long time, so I tried this Henna Wax from Shinemoist. I got the Clear one, but they have other colors too. I must say it significantly made my hair smoother and softer. YAY!
I think I’ve rambled enough, so I’ll end this post with a smile.
